2020

This series explores the cacophony of the contemporary visual landscape via the medium of etching. I engage with the onslaught of imagery in an age of reproduction through an archival recycling of images. This work takes tracings from my friends book collection, filters them through numerous methods of reproduction, and then repurposes them into a new collaged image, emulating the visually fragmented contemporary reality.
